Joshua Guesford
CEO
Joshua is a blue-collar creative from West Virginia who has been a Director on numerous music videos, a docu-short titled ‘R.A.I.N’, and is soon to release his short film debut, PLASTIC JESUS. He has also been the Cinematographer on numerous projects such as FIRE IN MY HEAD, RESTORE, and HAN’S TATOOINE. As a multi-faceted leader, Joshua is hoping to make the creative ingenuity of Closing Shift accessible around the world, hoping that you will join in our journey of making art for the love of art.
Josh Halper
CFO
Josh Halper is an actor, writer, producer, and editor from Northern California. After acting in stage plays since the age of 6 and working in lighting and stage crews since 13, he graduated from The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in 2023 and has been pursuing his dream ever since. He is a founding member of Closing Shift and looks forward to the art they create together.
Jesus Carillo Alonzo
COO
From Caracas, Venezuela, Jesus is a director and writer, decisive to create the next great story. A graduate of Full Sail University in Computer Animation and Creative Writing, Jesus just accomplished one of his biggest dreams in 2025, writing and directing his first short film, HAN'S TATOOINE. He has also co-directed the short film UNFINISHED BUSINESS, and he is a founding member of Closing Shift. Hand in hand with them, Jesus looks forward to bringing new and original stories to the forefront of the entertainment industry.
Tanner Ray Rook
Team Member
Tanner Ray Rook, born in the PNW, is a SAG-AFTRA actor. Known for his roles in Amazon Prime's The Wilds and FX’s DAVE, Tanner also starred in HAN'S TATOOINE and worked as a BTS artist of UNFINISHED BUSINESS and PLASTIC JESUS. A founding member of Closing Shift, he is excited to bring their projects to life and give them a voice.

Cannyon Ramos
Team Member
Cannyon Ramos is a Texas-born actor, director, and filmmaker with a diverse background in both theater and film. A graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, he has an extensive history in stage performance, with notable roles in productions such as La Cocina, Trust, and The Three Musketeers. Additionally, Cannyon has appeared in commercials for brands including Pepsi and Disney Channel.
Curtis Moore

Curtis Moore is a writer, producer, and director whose work bridges his experience as a United States Army veteran with his passion for cinematic storytelling. A Full Sail film school graduate, Moore brings disciplined precision and authentic perspective to every project, crafting narratives that resonate with both technical skill and artistic vision.
